Since the international press release for 34 Millbrook Ln, Riverhead, NY 11901 that occurred in the beginning of the year, SQ4D, has had an explosion of inquiries. The company has had tens of thousands of calls, texts and emails from all over the world. As the realtor on this sale, I was receiving 100’s of phone calls a day. We have had all forms of interest from builders, buyers, investors, realtors, building departments, tech companies, competition, and people just curious about the technology. With the exponential increase in activity, it has opened up a world of opportunities for SQ4D and their state of the art company

SQ4D is as much a Tech Company as it is a construction company. With Technology improving rapidly on a day to day basis, combined with the increase in talent – SQ4D has been  expanding. Over the last couple of months, the company has been acquiring some of the brightest minds across the country to further develop their machine and its capabilities. As new talent has come on, new technology and concepts have come with them for SQ4D. These advancements make sure SQ4D is delivering the best product possible for this monumental build marking the future of construction.

Every idea for improvement has been tested, tested twice, tested again and tested once more to ensure its reliability and feasibility. Improvements to the machine, coding and software have made it possible for the robot to quickly and consistently hit measurements with precision beyond human error. This provides a much better structure for carpenters to fit doors, windows, cabinets, roofs, etc. New ideas for smart home technology will allow SQ4D to deliver a finished product that is even more advanced than expected, with details they can not release just yet. Improvements to the concrete mixture have taken the strength of the material which already outperformed traditional concrete built homes by a factor of 2-3 times, and widened that gap to almost 5 times stronger. With all of these advancements, SQ4D is excited to implement them into the new build, while the buyer is looking forward to getting the latest and most up to date home as possible.
